In the Assign to Athletes tab, coaches can assign individual workouts or entire programs to groups of athletes.

<aside> 👀 The Assign to Athletes tab is not connected to the Calendar and the Workout Schedules are separate from the groups created in the Groups tab.

  1. Create a Workout Schedule
  2. Edit Workout Schedule
  3. Assign Workouts to Athletes or Group Workout Schedules

Create a Workout Schedule

Individual Athlete

  1. Navigate to the Assign to Athletes tab on the web platform
  2. Click + Create New Workout Schedule
  3. Name the schedule as the athlete's name under Schedule Name
  4. Click in the box under Add Members and type in the athlete's name
  5. Select + Add next to the athlete's name
  6. Click Save Schedule

Groups

  1. Navigate to the Assign to Athletes tab on the web platform
  2. Click + Create New Workout Schedule
  3. Give the schedule a name under Schedule name
  4. Under Add Members; click the dropdown menu to view all athletes or search specific athletes by name
  5. Click + Add next to each athlete's name to add them to the schedule
  6. Once done; click Save Schedule
