Create/Edit Workouts allows coaches to take activities from each Training Library and create custom workouts with them.

Search Workouts

By Name

  1. Navigate to the Create/Edit Workouts tab on the web platform
  2. Click where it says Search Workouts
  3. Type in the name of your workout and see it narrow down as you type

By Tag

  1. Navigate to the Create/Edit Workouts tab on the web platform
  2. Click where it says Filter by Tags
  3. Select the workout's tag you want to view
  4. You now can only see workouts with that specific tag

Create a Workout

  1. Navigate to the Create/Edit Workouts tab on the web platform
  2. Click Create New Workout
  3. Give the workout a name where it says Workout Name
  4. Give the workout a description where it says Description - Click to Add
  5. Finally give the workout a tag by clicking Tags for organizational purposes
