1. Have athletes download the M1 Team app from the app store on their mobile devices
2. In the Athletes tab; click the plus in the upper right hand corner
   1. If you are on the mobile app, tap the Team tab to find your invite/QR code
3. Either have your athletes scan the QR Code or type in your Athlete Invite Code
4. The athletes will then create their accounts themselves and populate in the Athletes tab once they have successfully done so

<aside> 💡 Once your athlete is signed in, they'll be able to receive messages, view the calendar, and train on the M1 Team app.
