How do I access the M1 Mobile app?

  1. Users can download the M1 Team App from either the App Store or Google Play store. It is compatible with any device that allows apps from those two places.

  1. In order for coaches to use the M1 Team app, they first will need to purchase a subscription through an MaxOne Sales Representative who can help them get their account created
  2. In order for athletes to use the M1 Team app, they will need to receive an invite code from their head coach
  3. In order for parents to use the M1 Team app, they will need to ensure one of their athletes has already successfully signed up for a legitimate MaxOne account.

    1. Once they create workouts on the Web App coaches can view workouts and training libraries as well as check the progress their team is making on leaderboards
  2. Communicating
    1. Coaches can send 1-way SMS, email, and push notifications to their entire team
    2. Coaches can create and send messages in the 2-way group chat
    3. Coaches can create schedules and calendar events from the mobile app

What can Athletes use the M1 Team App for?

  1. Training
    1. Athletes can view skill, strength, and educational content that their coach has posted under the training libraries
    2. Athletes can complete workouts that their coach has assigned to them from the Train tab
    3. Athletes can keep tabs on their competition and progress by viewing the results of themselves and their teammates on the leaderboards

    1. Athletes can receive 1-way SMS, email and push notification messages from their coach
