What are my subscription options?
- You can set your subscription to be monthly, quarterly, or yearly at whatever price you desire.
Am I able to offer discounts to certain athletes?
- Yes, to offer discounts, you can change the Subscription Settings under
Subscription Options
before sending to your athletes.
- If the discount is just for one athlete, make sure you change your subscription settings back to the original price once the discounted athlete has signed up
If I change my prices at any point are my current subscribers affected?
- No, any changes made to your subscription options will only affect new clients

👉 If a coach changes their price, customers are still locked into the rate they signed up for until their subscription expires. The same thing applies when turning off the pricing, the customer is still billed as normal.
