<aside> 👉 Note: This feature is only 1-way communication. Your clients will be able to receive SMS messages, but they will not be able to send SMS messages back. We encourage the use of the Chat feature on the mobile app for this.

Send A SMS

1. Navigate to the Text, Email, Notify tab
2. Ensure SMS is selected under Message Type
3. Click Add Recipients to view a drop down list of your clients
4. Click Add next to each client you'd like to send a message to
5. Type your text message where it says Message Content
6. Click Send Now to send the message to your client(s)
