<aside> 👉 Note: This feature is only 1-way communication. People in your program will be able to receive SMS messages, but they will not be able to send SMS messages back. We encourage the use of the Chat feature on the mobile app for this.

Send A SMS

1. Navigate to the Text, Email, Notify tab
2. Ensure SMS is selected under Message Type
3. Click Add Recipients to type specific names of people in your program
4. Click the drop down menu to view a list of people in your program or the groups you created in the Groups tab
5. Click Add next to each person/group you'd like to send a message to
6. Type your text message where it says Message Content
7. Click Send Now to send the message to your client(s)

Schedule an SMS

1. Navigate to the Text, Email, Notify tab
2. Ensure SMS is selected
3. Click Add Recipients to type specific names of people in your program
